Lloyd Sam in City picture
Contract expires in the summer

THE CUNNING FOX, 05.02.2010

Nigel Pearson is monitoring the situation with Lloyd Sam. The Charlton forward has a contract until the end of the season and could be a target for Leicester City.

Lloyd Sam is a experienced player and has played more than 100 league games for his club Charlton. He also have previous experience from the Premier League and could go in and strenghten almost every team in the Championship.

Sam is a former England U.20 international and had loan spells at Sheffield Wednesday, Leyton Orient and Southend. He is mostly used wide in midfield but can also play up front.

Leicester manager Nigel Pearson could go for a number of loan signings, but Sam will not be available before the summer break in May.
