Leicester City is at the moment looking for new investors. That
is today confirmed by Leicester City FC, by a statement on the
official site, and so far no one can really confirm anything
Milan Mandaric has made no secret about his goal to take
Leicester City back to the Premier league, but at this moment he
would like more investors to come in.
Different statements on different websites says that Mandaric would
like to still own 51 % of the shares and slowly give controll to new
people when it comes natural.
The club has a great fanbase, among the 15 best in England, and
during the time Mandaric has been in charge, the club has been
financially solid, despite running with heavy losses.
Rumours about a Thai consortium ready to invest, is at the moment
circulating and they are ready to come in, commit the future to
Leicester City and help the club to be able to buy the players
needed to get out of the Championship.
