Worley in City exit

Leicester City have parted company with defender Harry Worley. Worley joined Leicester from
Chelsea in January 2008.

Harry Worley was a promising young defender signed first on loan and later on a free transfer from Chelsea. He played only two league games for the club, both coming in the terrible last half of the 07-08 season.

Worley appeared in the last game of the season against Stoke, playing a deep midfield role, and as we all know the game ended 0-0 and Leicester was for the first time a League 1 team.

Worley played on loan at Luton and Crewe while at City and never really had any part of the things happening during the two years Nigel Pearson was in charge.

Worley left the club by mutual consent and is free to join new clubs. Crewe and a number of other League 2 clubs are reported to be intrested in the player.

We wish Harry Worley the best in his search for a new club.
